Lisa facilitates, enlightens, and supports, with a focus on student success. Lisa Watford is a dedicated and innovative educator with more than 25 years of experience. Having taught in public and private school, Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for learning to each student and parent. She focuses on effective learning styles and unblocking student achievement to improve self confidenc

e and lifelong learning. Whether she is teaching a student with learning differences how to tackle elementary math or helping a high school junior prepare for the SAT or ACT, Lisa’s goal is to help each individual exceed his or her expectations. Her favorite part of working with students is helping them overcome frustration and shifting their thinking from “I can’t” to “I can!”

With a Master’s degree in Education and teaching credentials in special education, Lisa Watford is a certified SR coach, life skills coach, educational consultant and tutor. She mentors students and parents in the joy of learning through the development of enhanced study skills and preparation.

Meet Flower! She's a smart and friendly cat with a dash of diva in her. You may even say she could be the epitome of "Sugar, Spice, and Everything Nice." She is a volunteer favorite and is a mom who has been waiting too long to find her forever home. She has watched all her kittens move on to their forever homes and she is so happy they did. Flower is the PURRFECT package - sweet, loving, friendly, and more. What's there not to love?
