Yesterday, the Class of 2027 had their Last First Day! 🥹🎓We’re super excited to see what their future holds. It’s going to be a great Senior year!

The first day of school is COMPLETE and we know those middle and high schoolers LOVE a good photo op (or at least tolerate one for 2.3 seconds) 😂👀

Whether they smiled, grimaced, or gave you the classic "Why are you doing this to me?" look, we want to see those first-day masterpieces! 😁

In just a few hours, our Lion learners will be entering the building for their first day of school! 🎉

Lions, Today is a brand-new beginning filled with new opportunities, new friendships, and new possibilities. As you walk through our doors this morning, remember that this is your year to Unbox Your Potential. Every lesson, every challenge, and every success is another step toward becoming the leader you were created to be.

Whether you're a new family joining us or you need a refresher on how to understand your child's schedule, we got you covered! 😌 See below for some helpful information:

LUNCHES 🥗🍕
Middle School Lunches (7th-8th)
Middle School lunches happen during 3rd period.

A LUNCH (10:00am-10:29am)
•If your child has middle school A Lunch, they will report straight to the Cafeteria once 2nd period is completed. After lunch, they will go to their 3rd period class.

B LUNCH (10:29pm-10:58am)
•If your child has middle school B Lunch, they will report to their 3rd period class first. After about 30 minutes, they will be released to the Cafeteria for lunch. After lunch, they will report back to 3rd period.
It is important that they head straight back to class once they are released from lunch, as attendance is taken again to make sure they are back in class and accounted for.

C LUNCH (10:58am-11:27am)
•If your child has middle school C lunch, they will report to their 3rd period class first. After an hour, they will be released to the Cafeteria for lunch. After lunch, they will report to their 4th period.

High School Lunches (9th-12th)
High School lunches happen during 5th period.

A LUNCH (11:58am-12:25pm)
¥If your child has high school A Lunch, they will report straight to the Cafeteria once 4th period is completed. After lunch, they will go to their 5th period class.

B LUNCH (12:25pm-12:54pm)
•If your child has high school B Lunch, they will report to their 5th period class first. After about 30 minutes, they will be released to the Cafeteria for lunch. After lunch, they will report back to 5rh period. It is important that they head straight back to class once they are released from lunch, as attendance is taken again to make sure they are back in class and accounted for.

C LUNCH (12:54pm-1:23pm)
If your child has high school C lunch, they will report to their 5th period class first. After an hour, they will be released to the Cafeteria for lunch. After lunch, they will report to their 6th period.

ATHLETICS🏈🏐🏀🏃‍♂️
Middle School (7th-8th)
Middle School Athletics take place during 1st and 2nd period.
•Middle School Girls Athletics is 1st period.
•Middle School Boys Athletics is 2nd period.

High School (9th-12th)
High School Athletics take place during 7th and 8th period.
•High School Girls Athletics is 7th period.
•High School Boys Athletics is 8th period.

SCHEDULE CHANGES 📝
•Schedule Change Forms can be found in both the Middle School and High School offices.
•ALL Schedule Change Forms must be submitted by Thursday August 6th. No Exceptions.
•The parent/guardian will be required to sign the schedule change.
•Schedule changes are NOT guaranteed, but our Counselors will do their best to make the requested change.

💛 Breakfast is served from 7:30am-7:50am. Doors open at 7:50am. Classes begin at 8:00am and end at 4:25pm.

💙 Students who already have their schedules and badges may go directly to their 1st period.

💛 MIDDLE SCHOOL (7th-8th): Middle School students who did not receive their schedules or misplaced it may pick up their schedules at the South Campus Courtyard. Middle School students who did not receive a badge will also pick up their badge from South Campus.

💙 HIGH SCHOOL (9th-12th): High School students who did not receive their schedules or misplaced it may pick up their schedules at the High School Back Porch. 10th-12th students who did not receive their Chromebook will pick up their Chromebook from South Campus. 9th-12th high school students who did not receive a badge will also pick up their badge from South Campus.

💙 Teachers will reach out regarding any school supplies needed during the first week of school. Feel free to pack a few journals, pencils and paper to start.
