The Winston School The Winston School is a private coeducational day school in Dallas, Texas.

The philosophy of The Winston School is truly reflected in the School’s mission statement. The environment and curriculum of The Winston School are designed for bright students who learn differently®. Learning disabilities are unique to the individual and may be manifested in various academic areas; each person deserves the opportunity to learn in the manner appropriate for their own distinctive style. Through Winston’s Testing and Evaluation Center, students are assessed and teachers are provided with the learning profiles, training, and resources needed to respond to the needs of the students. The Winston community, which includes the Board of Trustees, faculty, and staff, is dedicated to developing a student’s strengths to aid in conquering weaknesses, seeks to instill confidence, and helps each student strive to reach their full potential. A variety of assessment processes and teaching methods are utilized to assist students in satisfying their unique cognitive needs. Students develop an understanding of their intellectual strengths and challenges in a safe and inclusive environment which offers programs to meet their academic needs, along with strategies and techniques for success in school, in college, and in life.

🚣‍♂️ What a weekend on the water for Granger A.! 🦅

Upper School student Granger A. had an impressive showing at this past weekend’s OCU Head of the Oklahoma Regatta, placing 3rd in the U17 quad and 8th in the U17 double with Dallas Rowing Club ()!

Held in Oklahoma City, the OCU Head of the Oklahoma is a 2.5-mile head race featuring more than 800 entries from more than 40 clubs, bringing together some of the top youth rowers in the central United States.

Granger has been making waves since he started rowing in summer 2025. Last spring, he placed 3rd at the USRowing Central Youth Championships in Oklahoma City, qualifying for USRowing Youth Nationals in Sarasota, Florida, where his U17 quad finished 22nd in the nation.

We’re proud to celebrate Granger’s hard work, determination, and continued success on the water. Way to go, Granger! 🦅💙

🏆 NATIONAL CHAMPION! 🥇

We couldn’t be prouder of Winston alumna Skyler Fisher '23, who recently earned the title of 2026 USA Para Triathlon National Champion! 🏆

After a year filled with setbacks and challenges, Skyler put together the race she had been working toward—racing strong, fighting for every inch, and crossing the finish line on top.

And she didn’t just win. Skyler had the fastest overall para swim, T1, T2 and run. 👀🔥

Now, she’s setting her sights on an even bigger goal: LA 2028. Skyler is training toward her dream of representing Team USA at the Paralympic Games.

Skyler’s journey is a powerful reminder that the hard days, the setbacks and the moments when nothing seems to go right can make the victories that much sweeter.

Way to go, Skyler! We’re so proud to call you a Winston alumna and can’t wait to see what comes next. 🦅❤️

What an incredible evening at our Art Walk! 🎨✨

Thank you to everyone who came out and made it such a wonderful celebration of creativity, community, and the arts. From stunning student artwork to inspiring performances and exhibits, the talent on display was nothing short of amazing.

We loved seeing our campus filled with families, friends, and supporters enjoying an evening dedicated to showcasing the many artistic gifts of our students. Events like this remind us how vibrant and important the arts are in our community.

Bravo to our talented student artists and performers, and thank you to all who helped make the night such a great success!
