"The care of the Earth is our most ancient and most worthy, and after all, our most pleasing responsibility."- Wendell Berry
Trees provide us with many benefits necessary for survival, including clean air, access to clear water, shade and food. They also give us hope and insight, and courage to persevere- even in the harshest conditions. Trees teach us to stay rooted while soaring to great heights.
CPANHS Youth for Environment in Schools Organization members and teachers take action in protecting our environment, our Mother Nature by conducting tree planting activity at home and at school.

"When we plant trees, we plant the seeds of peace and seeds of hope."- Wangari Maathai
There are lots of benefits that we can get by planting a tree. It is the main source of oxygen that every other living thing on earth needs. Trees provide shelter and protection from the direct heat of sunlight. It prevents flood and soil erosion. Trees also beautify our surroundings.
Col. Patrocinio Artuz NHS Youth for Environment in Schools Organization encourages students, parents, and teachers to participate in our tree planting activity at home. Let's help and protect our Mother Nature.

Proper Waste Segregation At Home
Waste is a massive problem. We produce tons of solid waste each year. Improper waste disposal and the increasing amount of trash/garbage are some of the major problems faced by people not only in the community but also in the whole world that have caused problems such as clogged drainage or canals, flooding, and diseases.
The importance of waste segregation is something that we can no longer afford to ignore.
CPANHS YES-O Officers and Students have participated in our activity in practicing Proper waste segregation at Home.
