Dr. Frederick Douglass Todd Sr. Middle School cheerfully welcomed Trustee Sanders to our campus today!
During his visit, he engaged with staff regarding the current state and future needs of our campus, connected with our student ambassadors to hear firsthand about their educational experiences, visited classrooms, and toured our recently beautified outdoor spaces made possible through the support of Texas Trees Foundation and the Cool Schools initiative. He even took time to test out the newly installed recreational equipment designed to support and encourage student wellness and engagement.
Thank you, Trustee Sanders, for taking the time to see the great things happening at Todd and for listening to what is still needed as we continue striving for excellence for our students and community.

Thank you to our Todd MS staff, 8th Grade Team, community partners, volunteers, chaperones, and everyone who helped make this week special for our students. Special thanks to Ms. Robinson, Shareefah Nadir-Mason and For Oak Cliff for hosting the "Rising Freshman Ceremony" and providing lunch from Chick-fil-A, Sha Broadnax, Ms.Burley, Ms. Williams, Earl Addison (late-night crew), Mr. Randolph for helping outfit our young men for prom and Coach Jason Todd for being our guest speaker for Walk-across.
