The things they don't tell you is that healing will take a big chunk of you! Your energy and effort...is not an overnight thing... It will take COURAGE for you to phase the unknown, what's coming, the breaking down and understanding it's stages and the why behind each one... But the end result is all worth it!! Because the end result is YOU! Renew and reborn again healed and great things will come with that ❣️

They tell you healing has a timeline.
That by now you should have “moved on.”
