SMU Telepony - SMU The Tele-Pony call center is located on campus, and is open Sunday - Thursday. On any given night, the call center is alive with up to 15 students reaching out to SMU alumni and parents. Callers speak to an average of 8 alumni per hour, which equates to 100 - 200 phone calls per evening!
