This week was so uplifting, we celebrated my friend Royse 100 Birthday. Yes a 100 years old
I have known Royse for more than 5 years and met him at church
Royse was a pilot in World War II. He had to crash land his B24 bomber in a rice paddy in the Philipines but he saved 8 of his 10 men crew.
When I asked him about his secret. He told me always have a positive attitude take fish oil walk a mile a day
He has no major problems and does not any medications

Practicing with a native speaker exposes you to idioms, dialects and slang. Not only that, but you get to see their body language too.

It might seem heard but Spanish is known to be one of the easiest languages for native English speakers to learn, and with 50 million of them living in the US, you'd have to be living in a cave to not bump into one of them fairly often. 🙈

The next time you want to boost your memory, try studying a few words and phrases from a new to you language. You don’t need to become a pro at speaking a new language, just as long as you are learning something.
