The primary Texas statues dealing with self-defense and defense of other people are contained in 3 Texas Penal Code Sections.
I have had several folks asking me about this recently so I wanted to share with y'all.

9.31: Self-Defense
9.32: Deadly Force In Defense of a Person
9.33: Defense of a Third Persons

Hey folks been getting a lot of request for private classes for me to come to you! I will be happy to do that. I do ask that we have 5 people minimum sign up and I can come to your place of choice to teach and we will find a range near by to shoot at.
