Heger Water Sports Camp

Campers arrived this morning ready for lake fun! Before lunch, seven newbies learned to ski. Despite the chilly water, purple lips and shivering, everyone is improving with each turn.

24 boys attending our first session of this summer season, our 25th year!!!
Very lucky 🍀 they are cooperative, fun and enthusiastic! No rain thus far; hopefully lots more lake fun ahead!

7 sets of brothers enjoyed our ALL BOYS session. Also had 3 pair of brothers among our awesome staff. In the second pic, Hudson, Luke and Cooper are shown with their younger brothers. Always cheerful and encouraging, Presley earned A+ Camper; Cody was awarded Most Improved. A new camper, she now skis and wakeboards. Congrats Girls; we’ll done!

Last coed group of the season convened this morning anticipating 3 days of lake fun. Feeling cool and refreshed on these hot 🥵 days. No better place to be than IN the lake.

Roman (left) received our A+ Camper award for going way above and beyond in helping our staff. He was extremely encouraging of the other campers! Harry earned our Most Improved award, mastering slalom skiing quickly, crossing both wakes …. Congratulations guys!🥇🥇

Session 6 (excuse the 9) arrived this morning; rain followed shortly, but didn’t last long. Everyone took turns before lunch.

Excellent slalom skiers; each of these campers are tenacious, hard working and very athletic!
