Baton Twirling, Flag/Color Guard, Dance The Tri-City Twirlers of Dallas is the home of the most talented twirlers in the Southwest Dallas area.
Founded by Kiana Lynn-Cooks and Tonya Caston, TCTD has become the premier twirling organization in the area and produces some of the best high school twirlers in the city.

The Texas Twirling community lost a very special lady on Monday. NBTA Judge, Texas Touch of Class Director/Coach, and friend/mentor to many, Shirley Payne was one of a kind and a very important part of shaping Texas Twirling into what it is today. You could always count on Shirley to be honest and fair, and to have her hair p**f on point. Her sparkling smile will be greatly missed by her family, her students, and her twirling friends all over the country. Rest In Peace Shirley. loves you!
