Health and Fitness Science students go beyond simply working out, they learn the science behind exercise and develop hands-on skills in areas such as fitness assessment, exercise programming, strength and conditioning, and health promotion.

FUN FACT:
Your body is constantly adapting to exercise. The more consistently you challenge it, the better it becomes at handling that challenge.
