Congratulations to this year's Cambridge Academic Sweatshirt recipients. This recognition is earned by Sophomores who have achieved high academics throughout their first three semesters at Cambridge. Their hard work throughout the first half of high school is a great honor and worthy of being celebrated. We spur you on to keep achieving great things with the rest of your time at Cambridge, Colossians 3:23-24!

Congratulations to our Middle School Girls and Boys teams for an amazing basketball season. Both teams made it to this year's playoffs with our Girls going all the way to the semi-final playoffs. Good job to both teams and we are excited to see what next season brings!

This week we had our Homecoming Spirit Week. Congratulations to our winners and thank you to all of our students who participated. Let's bring this same spirit to cheer on our Boys' Varsity Basketball Team at the Homecoming game TONIGHT at Stonegate in Irving at 7pm. Let's go Lions!

Cambridge's Homecoming Game is TOMORROW! Make your way out to Stonegate Christian Academy to cheer on our Girls' and Boys' Basketball teams and to see our Homecoming Court. Our Homecoming King and Queen will be announced during Halftime of the Boys' game. We can't wait to see you there, loud and proud!

Join us on February 4th at 7pm to hear from Dr. Junius Johnson. Dr. Johnson is a classics scholar with a PhD in Philosophical Theology from Yale University. We look forward to hearing from him and his ideas on Love & Learning: Education on a Path to Wonder. We encourage students, current families, alumni, and friends of Cambridge to spend the evening with us as we grow with one another.

Congratulations to our Cambridge Cheerleaders! This week, our girls competed in the 1A/2A division at the TAPPS State Cheerleading Championships. They placed 5th overall and received a superior rating. Congratulations to the team for all of your hard work and we look forward to seeing what you accomplish for next year!

On Friday we hosted a Tea Time with Cambridge. The whole Cambridge community enjoyed an afternoon tea while sitting around a table practicing listening and becoming more thoughtful about hard questions in life. Fostering a community that cares about such things is a beautiful blessing.

Last week our school decided to take a lemonade break to enjoy the nice weather and fellowship with one another. We are so thankful for a tight-knit community and a beautiful campus to experience moments like this!

Convocation (Latin for "called together") is our way of recalling that this next year is a journey that we must undertake rightly if we hope to finish it well. Thank you for joining us last night; we are excited about what this year holds!

This past weekend we took our Class of 2025 on our annual Senior Retreat! It was a great weekend of fellowship to kick off their senior year. Class of 2025, we hope you have a great Senior year and we cannot wait to see how you lead this school year!
