Our Primary Potatoes Project is officially complete! Last week, our young gardeners worked hard cutting, prepping, and planting their seed potatoes. With their dedication, we expect to harvest around 100 pounds of potatoes for Aunt Bette’s Community Pantry in mid-May!
But the giving doesn’t stop there—the rest of the seed potatoes will be donated to Joppy Momma's Farm and The Meadows Foundation, spreading the spirit of generosity even further.
We can’t wait to see these potatoes grow and to share the harvest with our community! 🧑🌾💚 🥔🌱🌿

Last week’s chilly temperatures didn’t stop our Primary School students from learning and having fun! With the weather too cold for outdoor play, we turned our indoor gyms into vibrant spaces filled with laughter and creativity. From exciting games to engaging activities, our youngest learners stayed warm, active, and entertained. No matter the weather, we’ll weather it together! ❄️☃️🧣💙

Last weekend, our School community came together for Lions’ Care Day, a special event organized by the Booster Club and supported by our families. Through a variety of meaningful projects, our students and volunteers spread kindness and made a real difference!
🌱 One group harvested fresh ingredients from our School garden and made homemade salsa for the clients at Aunt Bette’s Community Pantry.
💌 Another group created heartfelt birthday cards for The Birthday Party Project to bring joy to those in need.
🥪 A third group assembled snack bags for The Stewpot, ensuring nourishment for those facing food insecurity.
We are incredibly proud of our students, families, and volunteers for their generosity and hard work. Thank you to everyone who showed up to make an impact on our community! 💙🦁💛

On Friday, Primary School Chapel came alive as Mr. Minton brought to life the amazing story of Jesus staying asleep during a fierce storm on the Sea of Galilee. As the disciples panicked, fearing for their lives, they woke Jesus, who calmly rebuked the wind and waves, bringing peace to the storm. Through this powerful story, our students learned that even in the stormiest moments, we can trust Jesus to bring calm and reassurance. Mr. Minton's storytelling demonstrated that no matter how big the storm, with faith, we can find peace in Jesus' presence and in our hearts.
