2022 has brought many new faces to our page, we would like to take some time to introduce ourselves!
Park Cities Speech, Language & Learning Center is a private pediatric and adolescent clinic committed to improving the lives of individuals with communication deficits and language-based learning challenges. Our staff of experienced Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists share a passion for maximizing communication potential in all children while specializing in a specific area of communication. As a team our therapists specialize in deficits related to Autism Spectrum, Auditory Processing, Receptive/Expressive Language, Apraxia, Articulation and Speech Fluency.
We are dedicated to providing the highest quality, family centered, intervention specific to each child or adolescent. Our doctoral and masters level clinicians are passionate, results-oriented professionals, eager to help your child reach his or her full potential at home and in the classroom. We work with parents, doctors, teachers and other therapists to develop a comprehensive therapy program.
In addition to direct therapy, we provide school screening services, Summer reading programs, Parent-Toddler language stimulation groups and educational in-services to schools and community groups.

Children need to understand "wh" questions as an essential part of language development. Asking and answering questions is key to progress in a child's ability to have a conversation and pass on information to others.
Use this game to practice use of answering simple "wh" questions with your child!

National Special Education Day is celebrated annually on December 2nd. In 1975, President Ford signed our nation’s first federal special education law, the Individuals with Disabilities Act. This law made public education available to all eligible children with disabilities across the nation and ensured that proper services were provided to those children.
