We’re less than 10 weeks out from HYROX Dallas and we’ve just started 90 minute Saturday HYROX workouts!
HERE’S WHY! 👇🏼
A HYROX race is a long effort. It’s not enough to be strong at the stations or fast on a fresh 1K. You need to be able to hold your pace, recover while moving, and execute each station after fatigue has accumulated.
The extra 30 minutes gives us room to build more total running volume, spend more time working at race-specific intensities, and practice stations under fatigue, without turning every Saturday into a full HYROX simulation.
As we get closer to Dallas, training becomes increasingly specific to what you’ll experience on race day: longer efforts, compromised running, race-weight stations, transitions, pacing, and learning how to keep moving when you’re tired.
Check out a 90 minute class if you want to build the engine to match the race.
Saturday HYROX Performance Schedule:
6:30 AM + 8:15 AM
