History came alive today in Texas History class with Professor Fred Villa! 🤠

Our students had the opportunity to learn from two incredible guests serving Texas: Bradley Vick with the Texas Rangers and Josue “Tony” De La Cerda with the Texas Department of Public Safety.

A powerful day of learning, service, courage, and Texas history! 🇺🇸

Thank you for investing in the next generation!

And a special thanks to Dr. Mark Hahlen, VP of Academics, for inviting guests from the Neglected History groups from Farmers Branch Parks and Recreation.

Today, Mr. Nathan Davenport from Café 1040 poured into DCC students with a powerful challenge: Become a man or woman of God who is willing to say YES when God calls.

He reminded us that following Jesus is not just about who we become, but who we are willing to reach. God is still calling people to take the Gospel to the unreached, and it starts with being available.

Be ready. Be willing. Be available.

Your YES could be the beginning of someone else hearing the Gospel. 🌎✝️

Brandon knows what it’s like to transfer because he’s done it himself! ⚾️🎓

Now a DCC student intern and baseball player, Brandon spent this morning representing Dallas Christian College at a transfer college fair and helping other students see what’s possible.

At DCC, you can transfer up to 75% of your undergraduate program and qualify for up to $5,500 in academic scholarships.

Your credits can come with you. Your goals can come with you. Your next chapter starts here.

Transfer to DCC. Come see what’s possible.

🎉 Thank You, DCC Community! 🎉

Because of your generosity, Dallas Christian College has raised $13,091 through North Texas Giving Day!

We are incredibly grateful for every donor, supporter, alumnus, friend, and partner who invested in the mission of DCC. This year's campaign has already more than doubled last year's total, helping us continue to equip students for lives of faith, service, and leadership. Thank you for making a lasting impact!

Our student ambassadors did a fantastic job representing DCC at college fairs across DFW! 🎓

📍 Neela was at the Cedar Hill College Fair
📍 Elijah was at the Carrollton-Farmers Branch College Fair

We love seeing our students share their DCC experience and help future students discover a Christ-centered college community! ❤️ If you see our booth at future college fairs in the DWF and Houston area, come say hi! 👋

🇺🇸 Constitution Day | September 17

Today we celebrate the signing of the U.S. Constitution in 1787.

📖 Fun fact: The Constitution begins with just three powerful words: “We the People.”

At Dallas Christian College, we believe who we are as a community matters. We prepare students to use their education, gifts, and faith to serve people and make a difference wherever God leads them.

Today, we celebrate the freedom to learn, lead, and serve. 🇺🇸
