PCHS honored the Teachers of the Year (TOTYs) from all of their feeder schools tonight before the game!

We were so proud to see our amazing teacher friends from Allgood, Dallas, Poole, HJMS, Scoggins, SPMS, and PCHS celebrated for all they do for their students and schools. ❤️

And of course, our Mrs. Murdock looked absolutely beautiful! We are so incredibly proud of her and the way she represents our school with so much heart, dedication, and excellence.

Congratulations to all of the 2026–2027 TOTYs! We are so lucky to have you leading and inspiring our students!

Our Trailblazers had the BEST time celebrating Dot Day! 🎨🟢🔴🔵From creative dot-covered shirts and fun outfits to the cutest face paint, our students let their imaginations shine!
We loved seeing everyone make their own mark and celebrate what makes them wonderfully unique.

We love our Patriots! ❤️💙
Patriot Day was the perfect way to kick things off with a visit from some of our PCHS football players and cheerleaders! Our students LOVED having them on campus, and there were lots of smiles, high fives, and excited Trailblazers throughout the morning!

And this is just the beginning! Before each PCHS home game, football players and cheerleaders will be visiting Poole to greet our students in the morning, read with them, pop into classrooms to say hello, and most importantly, take time to build relationships with our Trailblazers. We want our students to head to those Friday night games excited because they get to cheer for a football player or cheerleader they KNOW!

We love seeing our schools work together, show up for one another, and build connections from elementary school all the way to high school. We’re proud to support our Patriots, and we can’t wait to have them back at Poole again soon! ❤️💙

Sometimes the most meaningful learning moments are the ones that are not part of our lesson plans. 🦋💙

Our 3rd grade Venture students discovered this beautiful butterfly on the playground, and their curiosity quickly took over! They observed, asked questions, shared their thoughts, and patiently waited for a chance to hold it.

These are the moments that remind us to slow down, listen to the conversations, and make room for the unexpected. A few extra minutes on the playground may not have been part of the lesson plan, but I think we can all agree…These are the moments they’ll remember for years to come. 🦋💙

🎉 Congratulations, Mr. Bearden! 🎉

We are so excited to celebrate Mr. Bearden, our STEM teacher, for being selected from many candidates across our school district to represent Poole Elementary in the 2026 -2027 ReGenesis Technology Cohort!

Through this opportunity, Mr. Bearden will work toward earning his Microsoft Elevate certification, continue developing his leadership skills, and explore coaching opportunities in instructional technology.

Anyone who knows Mr. Bearden knows how passionate he is about ALL things STEM and creating exciting, hands-on learning opportunities for our Trailblazers. We are so proud to see his hard work and dedication recognized with this opportunity! 💙

Mr. Bearden also currently has a DonorsChoose project for Poole, and a portion of every donation is currently being matched!! If you aren't able to donate, simply sharing his project can help us spread the word and support his vision for STEM at Poole.
