Texas State law requires that all food handlers be trained in Food Safety Management by a Health Department approved facility.
The Certified Food Manager must be present on site at all times during the hours of operation.

There are other service providers out there; ask for their Texas Department of Health certification number - if they don't have one, they are NOT licensed and approved by the State of Texas and cannot provide full service valid instruction and training to your establishment!
