Re assessment day so it and or were light

Good day of pt but it was reassessment day so it was a short workout

On this date in1934 Bonnie and Clyde were ambushed near gibsland Louisiana

Very good pt session today with an added twist at the end I was able to stand from the chair and support myself on the ieft leg push back into the chair and reposition myself

Happy42nd anniversary Allison wafer Stewart and thanks for keeping me out of the nursing home

Another very good day of physicalyfetapy i have made dufficent progress that they are cutting me back to once per week

Seniors 2020, I am very proud to coach you. Seniors I appreciate all that you did for the program. This has been the most difficult but good season. All of you did a great job and was getting better each week. Not sure when we are going to see each other again. So I wanted to tell you thanks for being apart of the track program.
