Ash Wednesday began the Christian season of Lent - a time for prayer, repentance, and spiritual growth. At the same time, Ramadan continues as a sacred month of fasting, devotion, and deep connection for Muslims.

Though these traditions are different, they share something beautiful at their core: discipline, compassion, and a desire to grow closer to what truly matters.

May this season inspire us all to slow down, give generously, and reflect on how we can be better for ourselves and for others. 🤍

A social media detox is a deliberate break from social media platforms to improve mental health and well-being. It can be a temporary break to reset habits, or a permanent shift to quit social media.

The goal is to reconnect with what matters most and counteract the negative effects of constant connectivity.
