August 27, 2026 Meeting Report

Our latest meeting centered around the theme “SPEAK UP,” diving into the moments we hold back — from staying quiet in meetings when we know the answer, to missing out on well-deserved promotions, to letting our kindness be taken for granted simply because we hesitated to assert ourselves. At , we practice stepping into uncomfortable situations so we can learn to think, communicate, and express ourselves with unwavering confidence. Being able to walk into any room and speak effectively is a skill that elevates every area of your life.

This week brought the inaugural “Speaker Night 1.0”, where we broke from our traditional agenda to host 5 incredible speakers and evaluators instead of our usual 3! The energy was high, and this first-ever Speaker Night was such a success that it will now be a monthly tradition.

We were also thrilled to welcome a very familiar face back into the fold as we officially inducted returning member and former Club President, Brian Peacock! Having that depth of experience and leadership back in our room makes our community even stronger 👏
