Now Hiring: Part-Time, Temporary Infant Nanny – Plano, TX 75025

A warm Plano family is seeking a reliable, patient, and experienced infant nanny to care for their 6-month-old daughter.

This is their second child (older brother attends preschool), and they are looking for steady, nurturing support during this important stage.

Location: Plano, TX
Start: ASAP
End Date: July 23, 2026
Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (guaranteed 16 hours per week)
Compensation: $26/hour, paid legally

This sweet baby girl is currently working through some feeding challenges, so the family is looking for a calm, attentive caregiver who understands infant development and can provide thoughtful, responsive support. Confidence with feeding transitions and infant routines is important.

Responsibilities Include:
• Daily care, supervision, and responsive emotional support
• Feeding, diapering, dressing, and hygiene care
• Supporting naps and maintaining consistent routines
• Planning and engaging in developmentally appropriate activities
• Child-related meal preparation and cleanup
• Child-related laundry and light tidying
• Transportation related to the child (if applicable)

The ideal candidate is dependable, communicative, and experienced with infants, someone who brings both professionalism and warmth to their work. The family values consistency and would love a nanny who can become a trusted part of their daily rhythm through the summer.

In the first 2 years of life, a child's sleep will change dramatically. As the CNO (Chief Nap Officer), you are often charged with the difficult task of figuring out your little one's daytime sleep. This includes understanding wake windows, perfecting nap timing, knowing when to drop a nap, what to do if it's too short, do you cap a nap or not, working around sibling activities, and perhaps most importantly, do your daytime choices support nighttime sleep and overall health?
