It was an honor to kick off the 2026-2027 school year as the first mentor and guest speaker for the Lewisville INCubatoredu Program at Lewisville High School on today!

INCubatorEDU at Lewisville High School is a year-long entrepreneurship course where high school students have the opportunity to develop real startup businesses, work with local mentors, build their entrepreneurial skills, and ultimately bring their ideas to life.

A special thank you to the director of the program, Nicole Franczvai, for inviting me back for a second year! Nicole is doing a phenomenal job creating opportunities for these young entrepreneurs to learn, think creatively, build confidently, and connect with professionals throughout our community.

During my visit, I had a great time sharing my own journey, from being a child who dreamed of being like Oprah, to building , to being a , to my nonprofit work with Speak That! Movement and LoveJustice.

I also facilitated an interactive conversation about building their personal brands, dreaming big, preparing for opportunities, being intentional about their networks, and understanding that success requires action, consistency and persistence.

And apparently, I now have one more assignment. If anybody knows DR. SHAQUILLE O'NEAL Ed.D. personally, please tell him the Lewisville INCubatoredu students REALLY want to meet him! I told them I’d see what I could do. 👀

I look forward to educating and empowering even more students and business professionals this year!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Texas Professionals Rotary Club meeting at Kings Cave! It was an honor to officially kick off my term as the 2026-2027 President. I appreciate the fellow Rotarians, guests, and friends who came out to connect, network, and learn more about our vision for the future.

We also had a great time being out in the community this weekend as our Club supported two Back-to-School events in Dallas!

We’re just getting started!

Late last year, I said “YES” to a new community leadership opportunity. Since then, I’ve spent the last several months training with Rotary International and Rotary District 5810, while preparing alongside the Texas Professionals Rotary Club Charter President and my Changemaker Friend, Rev. Crystal Christina Bates.

Now, the week has finally arrived for me to officially step into my new role as President of the multi-award-winning Texas Professionals Rotary Club!

I’m honored to serve alongside an incredible group of like-minded business professionals, community leaders, and changemakers who are committed to Service Above Self and making a positive impact throughout our communities.

If you’ve ever been curious about Rotary or are looking for a way to serve your community, grow professionally, and connect with purpose, I’d love to personally invite you to join us for our next in-person meeting on Thursday, August 6, 2026.

This Thursday, our Charter President, Rev. Crystal Bates, and I will have a special conversation about the journey of the Texas Professionals Rotary Club, from its inception to our shared vision for the future. We’ll reflect on where we’ve been, where we’re going, and how others can be part of what’s next.

There is no cover charge, so feel free to bring a guest or two!

I’m excited about this next chapter and would love to see some familiar and new faces in the room. Come connect, network, and learn more about the Texas Professionals Rotary Club…while having fun!

🎉 Congratulations to the inaugural group of participants!

Several amazing Kiddies, ages 5–11, spent the day with me at The Meeting Place learning and practicing public speaking, communication, confidence, leadership, eye contact, handshakes, introductions, gratitude, podcasting, networking, mindfulness, DJing, and teamwork before showcasing their new skills in front of their family.

A special thank you to Rob Bliss & Andy of The Meeting Place, Living Legend-Neighbor Super⭐️ of 97.9 The Beat DFW, Bertina Green & Alex Sagcal of the Metrocrest Area Chamber, Raising Cane’s, LoveJustice, and every donor, parent, grandparent, volunteer, and supporter who helped me make this debut camp a success. Your generosity and encouragement helped us empower our next generation of communicators and leaders.

I can’t wait to welcome and celebrate the next group of Kiddies who are learning one step at a time… Join us!

I felt deeply led to reach the Kiddies before I start back teaching the college students, so let’s do it!

This Saturday, I’ll officially debut the Tiara PR Network Kiddie Speaker Sneaker Camp at The Meeting Place in Dallas. During each 3-hour camp, young communicators will meet new friends, build confidence, strengthen their communication skills, practice public speaking, and develop leadership and communication qualities in a fun, empowering, and educational environment.

As a passionate PR and communications expert and college public speaking professor, I’m excited to pour into the next generation and help young voices grow with confidence.

If you are, or know, a parent, grandparent, or mentor with a student entering Kindergarten through 8th grade, I’d appreciate you sharing this opportunity. Registration link is in my Instagram profile.

If you or your business would like to sponsor a child to attend or support this effort in any way, I’d love to connect.

Thank you, The Meeting Place, The Legendary DJ Jack Fraust, and Laneeda Evans Pilmore for your continued support of communicators of all ages!

Together, we’re preparing our next generation, one step at a time…
