Reflecting on Mamta Kafle Bhatt's case brings back painful memories of my past. My marriage began with verbal abuse that quickly escalated into physical violence. They say that a man who raises his hand against a woman is no longer a man.
Despite being educated and self-sufficient, I found myself trapped in a cycle of abuse. The reasons for his violence were unpredictable—anything, no matter how trivial, could set him off. I tried to leave several times, but he would promise to change each time. The pattern was predictable: he would hurt me, then play the victim, cry, and try to make amends with short trips or dinners. This cycle of abuse, remorse, and temporary calm would repeat, leaving me feeling increasingly degraded.
One particularly brutal incident involved him kicking me. Then, I began to lose respect for myself, struggling to face my reflection in the mirror. Despite the promises he made to love and protect me, he became someone unrecognizable and cruel.
Finding the courage to leave him was a monumental step. He resisted the idea of divorce, but one day, I took the plunge. With only my personal belongings, I walked out, marking the start of a new chapter in my life. It felt like finally being freed from a cage.
Every time I hear news of abuse, it still triggers memories and trauma, but I am grateful for my resilience. Life is too long to spend in a place where you are neither loved nor respected. While external help is valuable, the true rescue comes from within. I am now happily married to someone who treats me with the love and respect I deserve, proving that a positive and supportive relationship is possible.

This is so messed up.
I have a friend since Nepal who is in the US. So charming so attractive, at this era neither he drinks nor he smokes likeno other.

Everything was fine until That bitch cheated on my friend.
She confessed him of cheating him with a random dude who she met 2days ago.Even with that my friend. He put his self trespect on line he gave her a second chance. But yk once a man has been cheated he won't be the same. After sometime they broke up and got back again because my du***ss friend thought nothing beats and nothing is greater then the bond they have. My friend put so much effort on a lady who cheated him. Cried for her Begged her to stay remember she had cheated her.Its been a long since they are seperated yk the audacity of that lady who cheated him she told him he's the toxic one. And played the victim card and made his friends against him.Remeber one thing you were the one who cheated on him. He even once found a guy sending you nudes on your phone still he choose to stay with you and you have the audacity to call him toxic ?

Getting to my friend he is still in love with her even after she made him suffer that bad. My friends Has been Crying every single day for her while that lady is out on a dates and Ik the fact that du***ss won't hesitate to Take that lady back.
