Hi there! I’m Whitney Anuwe. I live in Texas with my loving husband, and we have a sweet and spunky 2-year-old daughter. I have a background in Social Work and have always desired to work with children and families. Sleep has always been important to me, even as an adult. I value it. I can’t operate without it. With my daughter, it took around 7 months to finally be fed up with living utterly sleep deprived, unhappy about many facets of my life, and not even being able to fully enjoy being a mama to my precious baby girl. Desperation set in, and I searched the internet like nobody’s business to find help and to find answers to our problems. I ended up finding a self-help book written by a sleep consultant, which fortunately for me, did the trick and guided me to help my daughter get the consistent, long, overdue sleep that she needed. From there, I learned more about sleep consulting and became intrigued by the profession. One year later, I took the plunge and committed to Arielle’s Dream School Sleep Consultant Training to get certified. Combining my passion to work with children and families from my social work education, with my love and passion for sleep, I can’t say there’s any better career for me than Pediatric Sleep Consulting. I want to help families who are struggling and striving for more rest in their household and dreaming of the day that everyone could sleep. In working with me, your child will be treated as a unique individual and looked at from a holistic approach because, in my opinion, that is the best way to achieve your family’s goals. I’m honored to be a Restfully sleep coach, and I would be delighted to assist your family in getting the sweet sleep that everyone deserves!
