“This training exceeded my expectations. I expected to sit through lectures, but instead I experienced meaningful collaboration with Montessori leaders who brought years of knowledge and insight. We received valuable resources and practical ideas that I can immediately bring back to my campus. The course created space to both receive and share experiences, examples, and strategies. Most importantly, the activities truly honored the adult learner — allowing us to demonstrate our understanding in ways that reflected our strengths and preferred learning styles. Our instructor was kind, knowledgeable, and flexible throughout the experience.” - Administrator ✨

Our Montessori Administrators Program is designed to empower school leaders through collaboration, reflection, and practical application. This is more than professional development - it is a community of leaders growing together to support children, guides, and school communities.

From early sensorial experiences, children move into Early Childhood math, exploring quantity, numeration, operations, and the decimal system through concrete materials that reveal mathematical relationships with clarity and beauty.

In Elementary I, these foundations expand into abstraction as children explore operations more deeply, fractions, geometry, and the interconnectedness of mathematical ideas.

By Elementary II, students engage in advanced arithmetic, algebraic thinking, geometry, measurement, and problem solving with increasing independence, reasoning, and intellectual curiosity.

Montessori math is a coherent journey from sensorial exploration to abstraction—cultivating not only skill, but a true mathematical mind.

Join us this summer to study this rich, research-based curriculum alongside experienced instructors whose depth of practice brings the Montessori mathematics curriculum to life.

From the first concept formation in Early Childhood to the expansive exploration of literature, grammar, and research in Elementary II, the Montessori language curriculum unfolds as a beautifully connected journey. 🌿

In Early Childhood, children build the foundations of language through rich oral expression, phonetic awareness, writing, and reading—following the child’s natural development and love of communication.

In Elementary I, language opens into deeper study: grammar comes alive, reading comprehension expands, and children begin using language as a tool for imagination, inquiry, and cultural exploration.

By Elementary II, students move into sophisticated written expression, advanced grammar, research, interpretation, and the power of language as a means for reasoning, communication, and social contribution.

Montessori language is not taught in isolated pieces—it is woven as a living curriculum that grows with the child, nurturing expression, thought, and a lifelong relationship with words.

Join us this summer to study this rich, research-based curriculum with experienced instructors and a community committed to transformative Montessori practice.

“We started the summer as strangers, and we are leaving as a family.” — Adult Learner ✨

This beautiful reflection captures something profound about Montessori adult learning. Training is not only about deepening our understanding of the child, the philosophy, and the work of the guide—it is also about community. Through shared study, vulnerability, observation, and discovery, strangers become colleagues, and colleagues become a community of support.

There is something transformative about learning alongside others who are equally committed to the child and to their own growth. By the end of the summer, what has been built is more than knowledge—it is connection. 🌿

Join us this summer.
