This last Friday our students got to attend YTexas summit in Arlington!! They had the chance to listen to panels speakers, talk to colleges, possible careers and even get to meet like minded students! Students got to meet the CEO of YTexas who invited them back next year, got to meet Joe Seabrooks with Dallas College, Aaron Demerson (Commissioner for Texas workforce) and so many more people! Today some of our seniors got to visit their first internship site and meet the guys that run the greenhouse!! Students got to try the cucumbers that are grown in a hydroponic Dutch bucket system!
