The recent video AngieNation shared is truly eye-opening. However, I’ve seen people calling her out for her behaviour afterwards. But don’t we understand that every action has a reaction?

How do we justify a mother treating her own daughter worse than a slave? Whatever mistakes the child may have made, does that ever justify such treatment?

Thank God she eventually met someone who saw beyond her brokenness and has been helping her put the pieces back together.

Sometimes, we are so quick to judge the reaction without asking what caused the wound in the first place. Before we condemn someone’s behaviour, perhaps we should also examine the environment and experiences that shaped it.
