It is a sacred space - the heart of a woman ♥️
It’s where Love is encountered.
Truth is found. Lies are dispelled.
Thirst is quenched. Abundance is restored.
I’ve been quiet in this area of my life because I’ve been transforming. Growth is quiet, slow, deceptively unnoticeable. Until one day you look back and see how far you’ve come.
It all begins here, in prayer. Guided by God. I build unstoppable women because God does. He brings to me the women I’m meant to serve.
Without Him, no transformation can last. He is the Healer. He is the Light. He is Truth. Only He can reveal who you are to yourself.

Most of the time we are own our worst critics.
The way you speak to yourself matters. If you wouldn’t speak to someone you love that way, why do you talk to yourself like that?
Hush that little voice that says you’re not good enough with patience and kindness.

This little lady gets married today! So I've been thinking a lot about love 🥰
My parents are high school sweethearts. They started dating when they were 16 and have been married for almost 32 years! They're still in love today - like, disgustingly cute in love. They flirt, make each other laugh, kiss and hold hands 🤮😉 They're genuinely in love, y'all!
I once asked my mom how she and my dad did it.
🤔 How do you fall in love and stay in love for decades?
She said, "I chose to love him every day no matter what. Even on the days when I didn't want to. Love is a choice."
Whoa. I feel its gravity and I hear the message in between the lines. There were days where my mom didn't feel like loving my dad (and vice versa I'm sure) but they stuck with it. They chose each other. There's no doubt there were seasons where they did this better than others, but that gives me hope. It means I have an honest shot at life-long love like they have.
Love is an act of will, not a feeling. It takes mental toughness and self-discipline to do that. It means sacrifice and growth. That's a lot easier to write as an Instagram caption than to practice but now I know the way. It's not but chance that some people are happy, but by choice and design. Life doesn't happen to you; it happens for you.

You can only love others as much as you love yourself.
The man behind the camera is the real star of this picture. This weekend we spent time in Fort Worth together, talking about our future, living in the present and reflecting on the past.
Reflecting always makes me feel grateful, especially this last year. I know it was a difficult year for everyone...myself included. I went through a breakup, which kickstarted a healing journey that included therapy and coaching through .
Before, I settled for any scrap of affection and love that a guy showed me. I told myself I wasn’t “good enough” to want more and to be grateful for what I had. I would adjust myself to fit his expectations and needs. Whenever I’d feel upset, I’d tell myself not to be “too much” and ignore my needs.
With time, prayer, therapy, and coaching...healing started to happen. And then, slowly, transformation 🦋
My current relationship is what I’ve wanted and so much more. He sees me as an inspiration, tells me regularly how much he respects and admires me. 💗 (it goes both ways!)
I needed to love myself first because that’s the cup from which I pour my love to others. If my love for myself is small, then my love for others will be small. You can’t give what you don’t have.
I’m serious about personal growth and transformation. It’s not a kitschy catchphrase for me because I’ve lived it. I know how hard it is - but I’m living proof that it’s possible and so worth it. I’d go through the pain of last year all over again if it brought me where I am today.
