This week’s spotlight: Miles!

Training Since: 2024

Miles has made incredible progress since beginning his martial arts journey in 2024. Starting as a Tiger Cub, he has advanced quickly through the ranks thanks to his hard work, determination, and positive attitude.

His enthusiasm is unmatched, and he brings great energy to every class. Whether he's participating in our Bo Staff classes or jumping in to help wherever he can, Miles is always eager to learn, grow, and support those around him.

We are proud of everything Miles has accomplished so far and can't wait to see what he achieves as he continues his martial arts journey!

When your kid chooses this over screen time.

At Tiger-Rock, our Juniors martial arts classes give kids a positive outlet for their energy while building focus, discipline, and real confidence. Instead of scrolling, they are training. Instead of zoning out, they are setting goals and working toward their next belt.

Tiger-Rock is more than an after-school activity. It is structured martial arts training that helps kids grow stronger on and off the mat.

That is time well spent.

This week’s spotlight: Porter!

Rank: 2nd Degree Level 3 Black Belt
Training Since: 2022

Porter is a great example of what it means to be a martial artist. Through his dedication and commitment, he has continued to grow his skills while also becoming a positive influence for those around him.

This year, Porter achieved an incredible milestone by ranking up at Nationals and earning his 2nd Degree Level 3 Black Belt. His hard work, focus, and determination have helped him reach this accomplishment, and we are proud of the effort he continues to put into his training.

Beyond his own martial arts journey, Porter enjoys helping out with classes and supporting his fellow students.

We are proud of everything Porter has accomplished and excited to see all that he continues to achieve!

POV: you’re helping your kids find community. 🫶

Tiger-Rock is more than a martial arts class. It is a place where kids make friends, feel supported, and learn what it means to be part of something bigger.

From a young age, students are surrounded by encouragement and positive role models while learning values like good citizenship, personal responsibility, and doing the right thing, even when it is hard.

The skills they learn on the mat matter, but the friendships and values they build along the way are what truly last.

POV: your kids are going to be tuckered out tonight.

A full Tiger-Rock martial arts class means constant movement, focused drills, and structured training that helps kids burn energy in a positive and productive way. Instead of screen time, they are building confidence, discipline, coordination, and listening skills in an environment designed to help them grow.

Tiger-Rock classes give kids the outlet they need while teaching habits that support success at school and at home, and yes, they will probably sleep great tonight.
