Bikes will be available for pick up at the studio Saturday after our final class and Sunday morning. Need to make other arrangements for pick up? Let us know and we can plan a pick up schedule.

Emily is joining us fresh from CycleBar West Nash and we’re excited to have her bringing her energy to Uptown! She just moved to Dallas and is newly engaged 🥹💍

She loves a good choreo sequence and when it comes to her favorite moves… expect plenty of jogs and sprints 🔥
