This summer, learning doesn’t stop at worksheets—it comes alive.
At Magikid Highland Park Summer Camps, students don’t just learn technology—they use it.
From May 25 to August 14, we offer one-week camps for kids ages 4 to 14, where students tackle real challenges, collaborate with teammates, and build confidence through hands-on projects.
What sets us apart?
Our students complete three to four projects every single day—not one project stretched across a week.
Our curriculum is award-winning, proven to help students succeed in national robotics competitions.
And with small class sizes and a 6-to-1 student-to-instructor ratio, every child gets personalized attention.
NBC DFW calls Magikid “a beacon of educational excellence”—and this summer, your child can be part of it.

An unexpected school closure turned into the perfect STEM snow day ❄️🤖
At Snow Day Winter Camp, students embraced the winter theme with creativity, teamwork, and hands-on learning—transforming a day off from school into an exciting STEM adventure.
🔧 Older students kicked things off by building a rotating carousel using the VEX IQ robotics kit, integrating multiple sensors and programming it to detect inputs and initiate motion. They then moved into digital design, creating 3D mittens in Tinkercad, before wrapping up with a drift car game in Scratch. Along the way, they practiced key coding skills like sound integration, XY coordinates, forever loops, and conditional statements.
🎪 Younger students built and programmed a carnival game with LEGO Robotics, then coded Dash to navigate a programmed path and rearrange letters to spell HOT CHOCOLATE ☕️. They also created a Mitten Match game in ScratchJr, using the camera to capture AI-generated mitten art and programming the game to match pairs. The day ended with 3D mitten designs created in 3D Slash.
What could have been just a snow day became a memorable day of learning and fun that brought everyone together. With school back in session, we hope everyone has a great day tomorrow!
