Just a Reminder...Monday, January 20th is a Student Holiday, the will be NO SCHOOL in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day. The theme this year is "Mission Possible: Protecting Freedom, Justice and Democracy in the Spirit of Nonviolence 365!"

After careful consideration for anticipated road conditions and extreme temperatures, all Dallas ISD schools and offices will be closed 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗝𝗮𝗻. 𝟵, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝗝𝗮𝗻. 𝟭𝟬, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.

After-school activities and athletic events for these days are canceled, and details will be shared when activities will resume.
More information will be provided later if makeup days are needed.

Happy New Year and Welcome Back to our Runyon Star Students!
From our Principal, Ms. Leal.... Welcome back and I hope that each and every one of you had an amazing winter break! We hope that every student returns excited, rested, engaged and ready to excel in this second semester. We are prepared to hit the ground running, hard to ensure our students can reach their highest potential this semester. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact the campus and we will do our best to address any concerns you may have.

Remember, attendance matters! Being at school on time, ready to learn is our daily goal! So, see you here at 7:30AM. Breakfast 7:30-7:50, Instruction begins promptly at 8:00am.

Leal... ¡Bienvenidos de nuevo y espero que cada uno de ustedes haya tenido unas increíbles vacaciones de invierno! Esperamos que cada estudiante regrese emocionado, descansado, comprometido y listo para sobresalir en este segundo semestre. Estamos preparados para comenzar con todo y asegurarnos de que nuestros estudiantes puedan alcanzar su máximo potencial este semestre. Si tienes alguna inquietud, no dudes en contactar al campus y haremos nuestro mejor esfuerzo para abordar cualquier preocupación que puedas tener.

¡Recuerda, la asistencia es importante! Estar en la escuela a tiempo, listo para aprender es nuestra meta diaria. ¡Así que nos vemos aquí a las 7:30 AM! Desayuno de 7:30 a 7:50, la instrucción comienza puntualmente a las 8:00 AM.
