First day of German summer school. Intermediate level children, ages 7-9, created during our fun lesson “Tiere des Waldes” (animals of the forest-German forest of course) a cut-out “Legekreis” (a huge lay down paper circle) and a “diorama”!
We named animal species and typical facts about each of those. Students had to tell their classmates about their choice of forest animal and write facts down. (Like habitat, food source, special characteristic …)
In case you are wondering; the rabbit habitat (bottom left) is missing the rabbits since the creator preferred to hold those. We had a wolf diorama too, but the student had to leave early.
