हाल ही में फेसबुक ने मुझे सूचित किया है कि मेरा पेज उनकी नीतियों के अनुसार पूरी तरह से अनुपालन में नहीं है। इसका मुख्य कारण यह है कि मैं फिल्मों के कुछ क्लिप्स का उपयोग कर रहा था, जिनका मालिक मैं नहीं हूं। मेरा उद्देश्य कभी भी फेसबुक या किसी अन्य व्यक्ति का कंटेंट कॉपी करना नहीं था। इस पेज को शुरू करने का विचार केवल इतना था कि मैं विभिन्न भाषाओं में फिल्मों का संक्षिप्त परिचय और सारांश साझा कर सकूं, ताकि अलग-अलग पृष्ठभूमि के लोग उन्हें आसानी से समझ सकें।

فیس بک نے حال ہی میں مجھے اطلاع دی ہے کہ میرا پیج ان کی پالیسیوں کے مطابق مکمل طور پر کمپلائنٹ نہیں ہے۔ اس کی بنیادی وجہ یہ ہے کہ میں فلموں کے وہ کلپس استعمال کر رہا تھا جن کی ملکیت میرے پاس نہیں تھی۔ میرا مقصد کبھی بھی فیس بک یا کسی اور کا مواد کاپی کرنا نہیں تھا۔ اس پیج کو شروع کرنے کا مقصد مختلف زبانوں میں فلموں کا مختصر تعارف اور خلاصہ پیش کرنا تھا تاکہ مختلف پس منظر سے تعلق رکھنے والے لوگ انہیں آسانی سے سمجھ سکیں۔

میں ہر فلم کے بارے میں تحقیق کرنے، معلومات جمع کرنے اور اپنی سمجھ بوجھ کے مطابق اس کی وضاحت تیار کرنے میں کافی وقت صرف کرتا تھا۔ لیکن فیس بک اب بھی ان کلپس کے استعمال کو اپنی پالیسیوں کی خلاف ورزی سمجھتا ہے۔ اس کے نتیجے میں میرے پیج کی گروتھ محدود کر دی گئی ہے، اور گزشتہ چند دنوں میں میں نے محسوس کیا ہے کہ میرے پیج کی رسائی تقریباً رک گئی ہے۔ آج مجھے یہ بھی معلوم ہوا کہ فیس بک نے میرے پیج سے کچھ کلپس ہٹانے شروع کر دیے ہیں۔

اس فیصلے پر مجھے افسوس اور مایوسی ہے، لیکن میں فیس بک کی پالیسیوں کا احترام کرتا ہوں۔

سب سے اہم بات یہ ہے کہ میں آپ سب کا دل کی گہرائیوں سے شکریہ ادا کرنا چاہتا ہوں۔ آج ہماری کمیونٹی 14,000 سے زائد فالورز تک پہنچ چکی ہے، جو بنگلہ دیش، پاکستان، بھارت، نیپال، خلیجی ممالک، شمالی امریکہ اور دنیا کے کئی دوسرے حصوں سے تعلق رکھتے ہیں۔ آپ کی محبت، حوصلہ افزائی اور مسلسل حمایت میرے لیے بہت معنی رکھتی ہے۔

Good evening, my Facebook family.

Facebook recently notified me that my page is not fully compliant with its policies. The main reason is that I was using clips from movies that I do not own. My intention was never to copy content from Facebook or anyone else. The idea behind this page was to provide short introductions and summaries of movies in different languages so that people from different backgrounds could easily understand them.

I spent a lot of time researching each movie and creating descriptions based on my own understanding and research. However, Facebook still considers the use of those clips a violation of its policies. As a result, the growth of my page has been restricted, and over the last few days I have noticed that its reach has almost completely stopped. Today, I also found that Facebook has started removing some of the clips from my page.

I am disappointed and frustrated with this decision, but I respect Facebook’s policies.

Most importantly, I want to thank all of you for your incredible support. Today, our community has grown to more than 14,000 followers from Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, Nepal, the Gulf countries, North America, and many other places around the world. Your support, encouragement, and engagement mean a lot to me.

No matter what happens, I do not plan to stop sharing content. If Facebook removes all of my movie-related content, I will continue sharing information based on my own knowledge and research. I may focus more on global updates, sports news, job opportunities, science, astronomy, travel, and other informative topics.

I understand that some of you may not be as interested in this new direction as you were in movie content. If you decide to unfollow my page, I completely understand and respect your choice. I am still grateful for your support and wish you all the very best.
