Hi, my name is Katherine Baumgardner, I've been in the special education field for more than 10 years, my experience includes, working with students with disabilities in all classroom settings. I've worked in central staff as instructional specialist, autism consultant and supervisor of specialized program for some very large districts. I am very well versed in special education law and I want to do what's best for your child.

To advocate and provide equitable postsecondary access through active community integration. Focusing on deficit skill areas for individuals with disabilities, starting from age 13 through age 25.
Specializing in vocational education, community-based instructional support, employment preparation compatible with the individual’s preferences, strengths, and utilizing evidence-based practices while encouraging both age and developmentally appropriate interpersonal skills — shaping proactive members of the community
