- You're googling under the desk. Whether you're a new nurse, new teacher, new analyst, new anything, day 1 is humbling. You're not behind. You're new. There's a difference.

Nobody prepared us for the part where we go home exhausted, reset overnight, and walk right back into the same chaos. The struggle is real, and if you felt that today, you are not alone.
