Hey everyone I hope everyone is enjoying their summer! We need people who may be interested in stepping up to take over as officers for band boosters. Current officers are president Patty Peterson Vice President Angela Suastegui Secretary Kelly Pollan and treasurer Debbie Salazar. When we have volunteers I'll set up a meeting to do a vote and hand over keys And books.

Parents: we need volunteers this is an excellent way to get your hours for the trip next year and hours towards your child's scholarship!

Food prep and plating 5 people

High school students will serve food restaurant style
JH students will bus tables as people finish eating

After the dinner we need as many people to help cleanup as possible so we can all enjoy the spring concert.

Tiger Tunes and Tacos! MAY 5TH at 5pm at the high school cafeteria! 10.00 you get a drink, 4 street Tacos, and a dessert. Ticket sales will begin April 12. The male and female students that sell the most tickets will be given a prize.

For those that missed tonight's meeting we had a lot to discuss but focused on the upcoming fundraiser Tiger Tunes and Tacos! We are hoping to get a bunch of volunteers to help with this event if your kiddo needs hours this is the perfect time to get them. We need donations and volunteers! Will have sign yours available in the coming days!
We also discussed next year's band trip we are looking into cost to give plenty of heads up for those that will need payment options.
Finalized plans for scholarships those applications will be available to current seniors in the next week!

Band booster meeting tonight DHS library at 6pm. Need to make plans for the spring fundraiser and need volunteers to make it happen.
We will also be talking about scholarships and beginning to take applications from this year's seniors.
Please share And let's get a bunch of people to tonight's meeting!
