Thank you to Dahlonega Woman’s Club for your continued support of our Thankful Hearts Program that provides Thanksgiving groceries to local families!

Today we got to present a donation to Lumpkin Family Connection for the Thankful Hearts Thanksgiving dinner program. This donation will help provide full Thanksgiving dinner fixings to 150 families. 🍞🌟 Check out these incredible bakers! 🌟🍞

Thanks to the Bake for Good program, students in Mrs. Rairigh’s class at Lumpkin County Middle School learned the art and science of baking bread!

Students explored the math and science behind bread making in the classroom, then took their new skills home to put them to the test using King Arthur Baking ingredients. Each student baked two loaves of bread, one to keep and one to share!

We are so grateful that these young bakers chose to share their “loaf” of kindness with the Backpack Buddies Program. ❤️ Their generosity is helping provide food to local children and families while showing that even a simple loaf of bread can make a big difference.

Our students are spreading kindness, one loaf at a time! 🍞💙 Thank you to Mrs. Rairigh, her students, and the Bake for Good program for making a difference in our community!
