Kindergarten “mustache” you a question….did you know that the word mustache starts with the letter M? Our students do! That was the letter of the day in kindergarten and we celebrated with mustaches all around. CES is the place to BE! 💜💛

💛It’s Lumpkin in Legos! After learning about the word community, Mrs. Howard’s 1st graders worked in teams to build locations throughout Lumpkin County. Students especially enjoyed creating places they have seen and visited, bringing Lego Lumpkin to life through creativity and teamwork! They loved building their community while working together as a community of learners!💜

Hat Day is this Friday! 👒🎩 Pay 50 cents to wear a hat! All proceeds go to our 5th grade spring field trip. No fishhooks or hats with inappropriate messages, please. 💜💛

💜Surely Simple and Mr. Pickles, Reading Detectives, teamed up with Lumpkin Literacy today to hand-deliver personal dictionaries to every third grader! Our students were so excited, and they enjoyed exploring new words and reference tools. 🔍📖💛
