Current pastoral leadership learning is mostly about organizational management and growth in the church's measurable assets, not leadership.

True leadership is not about assets but ascent.

Leadership is about catalyzing change and upward mobility for individuals through vision and pathway, not about using people's resources to build an organization.

The true revelation of management is directing people on what to do and where to go, rather than true leadership, which inspires individuals to be who they were created to be and to progress toward the ultimate pinnacle of life's purpose.
