✨ Shine His Light ✨

Our Shine His Light program gives businesses, families, and individuals the opportunity to sponsor a classroom at Lighthouse Christian School and make a direct impact on our students and teachers!

We’re excited to share that some classrooms have already been sponsored! 🙌 We still have opportunities available, and we would love your help spreading the word.

Please share this post, tell your friends and family, and help us get the word out to our community. Every share helps us reach someone new who may want to be part of what God is doing at Lighthouse! ❤️

Thank you for supporting Lighthouse Christian School and helping us shine His light!

🍎 A little Johnny Appleseed fun from earlier this week! 🍏

Our PreK students had a great time learning about Johnny Appleseed through fun, hands-on activities. We love finding creative ways to make learning memorable! 📚🍎

Today was See You at the Pole! 🙏🇺🇸

We had a few setbacks along the way. The rain kept us from gathering outside, and when we moved into the church sanctuary, we found ourselves without power. But we didn’t let the circumstances stop us!

We gathered together, worshiped, and prayed for our school, other schools across the country, our teachers and students, our leaders and administrators, and our nation.

Sometimes things don’t go according to plan, but that doesn’t mean we stop doing what God has called us to do. Our circumstances may change, but our reason for praying doesn’t.

What a great reminder today that we don’t need perfect circumstances to pray. We just need willing hearts. ❤️🙏

🦋 From caterpillar to butterfly! 🦋

Our 5th and 6th grade students have been learning all about monarch butterflies while watching them grow right in their classroom. They’ve cared for them through the caterpillar and chrysalis stages, and yesterday, they got to experience an exciting milestone—their first butterfly emerged!

After watching the transformation up close, the students released the butterfly outside to begin its journey. What an awesome way to learn about God’s creation while getting to be a part of it firsthand! 🌱🦋

We can’t wait to see the rest of our butterflies emerge!

⚽️ The soccer field is coming together!

A big step forward today as we got our soccer goals set in the ground and placed in their proper locations on the field! 🙌

Next up, the goals will be painted and they will be getting its much-needed replacement nets!

It’s exciting to see the pieces coming together as we continue working to give our students a great place to play! ⚽️🔴⚪️🔵

More progress to come!
