🩺 FREE SPORTS PHYSICALS
📅 Date: Wednesday, August 5th
⏰ Time: 5:00 pm-7:30 pm
📍 Location: Sussex Central High School - 26026 Patriots Way, Georgetown, DE 19947
The DIAA Sports Physical Form is attached, and we will have paper copies at the clinic. Please arrive early if you need time to complete the paperwork.

Attention All Parents of Student-Athletes!

If your student will be participating in athletics at Indian River High School during the 2026–2027 school year, please be aware of an important new DIAA requirement.
All athletic physicals must now be submitted online through Rank One before a student is eligible to participate in any sport. Instructions for creating an account and uploading your student's physical can be found on our athletics website at www.indians-sports.com.
In addition to the online submission, we are also requesting that a paper copy of the completed physical be turned in after the upload has been completed.
Students who arrive on the first day of practice without their Rank One forms completed, including all required parent signatures and the uploaded physical, will not be permitted to participate until all requirements have been met. There will be no exceptions.
Please complete this process before the first day of practice.

Submission Deadlines
Football: August 11, 2026
All Other Fall Sports: August 15, 2026

Last week, Indian River students Lesly Benavides, Shayne Van Zee, and Carter Porter participated in the HOSA (Future Health Professionals) leadership conference in Indianapolis. Students competed, visited leadership exhibits and seminars, and had lots of fun too!
