This culture’s obsession with youth is actually deeply spiritual—
but we’ve been missing the point.
Lines on the face, grey and thinning hair, waning energy, forgetfulness, even perimenopause—this is your body communicating. These are signals of emotional and energetic imbalances your Soul is asking you to resolve.
From a spiritual perspective, the body functions like a gauge. It tells you exactly what you’ve got going on vibrationally.
The individual and collective pull to maintain youth is intuitive. It’s not some shallow, dysfunctional preoccupation (despite how the anti-Botox/cosmetic crowd frames it). It’s your higher self whispering about missed opportunities for higher-frequency living, thinking, and feeling.
But the approach is wildly unbalanced.
We’re justifying f*cked up procedures and protocols in the name of confidence and self-image healing… while completely ignoring the actual work.
That’s the oversight.
This obsession isn’t random. It’s not a coincidence.
But we’ve been missing the memo.
You are, in fact, perfect as you are—
but your perception (your self-image) is not.
And that’s the work.
When you start healing your self-concept, something shifts. The physical signs we’ve been taught to expect as “normal aging” begin to soften… and in even stop altogether
We’ve been sold the idea that decline is inevitable.
It’s not.
That belief is a contagion thought—one that limits your spiritual power.
It is not natural to live in self-criticism.
It is not natural to quietly let time ravage your body.
This is an invitation—
to heal your mind,
expand your self-concept,
and evolve into a more conscious, powerful creator.

Ever notice how even when you change the people, circumstances, and conditions, the same narrative keeps reappearing?
Even when at first the change seems to have solved the issue?
It’s because you forgot to clean up the energy.
Which is to say, your emotions were unbalanced.
Maybe they didn’t hear you and you left in anger or outrage,
Or your contribution wasn’t recognized so you left feeling hurt,
Or the vibe was bs so you went somewhere where ‘better’ from a feeling of righteousness
Or worse, maybe you lowered your standards and took less to feel safe out of a fight or flight response
You felt justified and like they were the problem and you took action,
But not responsibility.
Uncomfortable truth: you created it.
I’m not saying don’t make a change, all I’m saying is make it all the way.
Extract the lesson.
Grow.
Then go.
and this goes without saying, but if you are in physical danger, get TF out,
Then get to the root.

3 Signs Your Subconscious is Set to Stress Mode:
Like a bike stuck in first gear where you need to pedal furiously to get anywhere, the subconscious can get stuck in stress because of the way it mind ‘reads’ time.
This can manifest as:
> You flip flop between blame and shame
> You just ‘can’t let it go’
> You overreact often to minor inconveniences
These are all signs that your subconscious mind needs an ‘update’ - just like your phone does every so often.
Because it doesn’t differentiate between past, present, and future - to your subconscious - everything is NOW.
The effect is hypervigilance, edginess, and rumination on loop 🔂
And because your subconscious prioritizes and feeds energy to whatever you focus on - it’s *almost* impossible not to get stuck in this gear after periods of stress or trauma (trauma can be anything you weren’t prepared for)
The key to turning off threat circuitry isn’t to try harder, it’s about getting your subconscious to read incoming data differently so that it knows what’s actually urgent (requiring cortisol and increased blood flow to extremities) - and what doesn’t (most thing do not 😅)

Dear One, if you’re reading this you’re just in time 🤍
What a wild time to be alive. I want you to know something:
There will be times when the whole world says no,
but your inner voice says YES.
It’s important that you listen.
But know there are actually two inner voices — and they both sound like you.
I used to live in crippling self-doubt, anxiety, and uninterrupted self-abandonment.
Totally unaware there was an alternative.
Eventually I was brought to my knees and I noticed a quieter voice beneath the frantic, needy one.
my true, core Self.
I realized other voice was just my conditioned, subconscious self.
The one that runs 95% of your mind — doesn’t respond to logic, reads beliefs as commands, and determines what you attract.
Once I realized the frantic voice wasn’t intuition — it was programming — I became obsessed with rewriting it.
I questioned beliefs that weren’t true, and retrained my subconscious to obey my core self.
That’s when my radical moves started making sense:
I dropped out of university..
I quit a secure job..
I rejected collective beliefs about health, aging and even perimenopause..
I made my own rules.
I went from feeling like my own worst enemy
to KNOWING I create my reality — from scratch.
I became a translator between my subconscious and spirit, and now I help others do the same.
Because the world needs an army of spiritual beings in human bodies who cannot be gaslit.
NOW.
When the loudest voice in your head tries to talk you out of what you know or desire,
it’s important that you DON’T listen.

Give yourself grace. Get yourself grace.
