It’s not all sticks and knives, well the knives were out.

Training, training, training

Some balance beam work today. I’m not so focused on staying in the beam but in developing and building the stabilizer muscles that will allow me to be fleet of foot.

I may fashion a cross beam in the future but this is a 4x4 beam 4” off the ground online with the target and perpendicular to the target.

Full swing attacks are called Lobtiks in my system. Take off the breaks and swing!
