We are excited to share that Harmony Online Learning (HOL) is now a Texas Education Freedom Account (TEFA)-approved provider!

Eligible Texas families can now use their Texas Education Freedom Account (TEFA) funds to enroll students in Harmony Online Learning courses, providing families with even more flexibility and choice in meeting their students' educational needs.

Harmony Online Learning (HOL) is a flexible, supplemental online course provider serving not only Harmony students, but also students across Texas and beyond. Families can select and enroll in individual courses based on their students' academic needs and goals.

HOL offers self-paced online courses supported by certified teachers for students in Grades 3–12, with nearly 200 course options, including:

Elementary, middle, and high school core subjects
Honors and AP courses
World languages
Electives and enrichment opportunities

Whether you are looking for a complete curriculum or individual courses to supplement your homeschool program, Harmony Online Learning provides flexible options designed to meet the unique educational needs and goals of students and families.

Getting Started Is Easy
Log in to your Odyssey Marketplace account.
Search for Harmony Online Learning.
Browse our available courses and make your selections.
Proceed to checkout using your TEFA funds.
Once your purchase is complete, our team will contact you by email to finalize your student's registration and enrollment.

📅 Classes begin August 18, and late enrollment is accepted. Families may enroll after the start date, providing additional flexibility for students to get started.

🏠 Celebrate Safety Week at Home!
Make safety a family activity! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦❤️
📝 Create an emergency preparedness plan with your student—talk about where to go, who to contact, and what to do during different emergencies.
🔦 Build or check your family emergency kit together.
🚒 Explore safety resources in your community: Locate your local fire department, police station, hospital/ER, and other emergency services so your family knows where to go if needed.
📍 Practice your plan! Take a few minutes to review emergency contacts, meeting places, and important safety information together.
Remember: School safety is a shared responsibility—and it starts at home, too! 💙🛡️

Daycare & Shuttle Service Form

✅ Please note:

-Students will not be released to a daycare or shuttle service without this form on file.

-You should be able to find your students' teacher/section in skyward. It’s okay if you don’t know your student’s teacher’s name — just be sure to include their grade level.

Every Friday is Early Dismissal!

Please review the following dismissal times and procedures to help ensure a safe and smooth early dismissal process.

12:30 PM – Early Pick-Up Cutoff
Early pick-ups will end at 12:30 PM. No student may be dismissed for early pick-up after this time under ANY circumstances.

1:15 PM – Dismissal Begins
Dismissal begins at 1:15 PM. Parents must remain inside their vehicles and have the current school year's car tag clearly visible or hanging from the rearview mirror. Please follow all traffic laws and be courteous to our staff and other families.

1:40 PM – Car Rider Line Ends
The car rider line will end at 1:40 PM. If you arrive after this time, please park and pick up your student through the front office.

1:45 PM – Late Pick-Up Policy
Beginning at 1:45 PM, the Late Pick-Up/Loitering Policy will apply. Parents must park at the front entrance and sign their student out through the reception desk.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: All parents must present a physical, valid photo ID. Pictures or copies of IDs on a phone will not be accepted.
