Our HR team was proud to present at the TASB Summer Leadership Institute in San Antonio on effective board governance and building strong teacher pipelines. It was a great opportunity to connect with about 100 trustees from across Texas, share ideas, and discuss strategies that help attract, develop, and retain exceptional educators. We are especially grateful for the leadership and partnership of our Board of Trustees!

🎉 Yesterday, we celebrated our incredible teacher residents as they prepare to become educators next school year! We are so proud of their hard work, and dedication throughout their residency journey.

A special thank you to our amazing host teachers, supportive principals, university partners, district leadership team and Laura Nichols for helping make the Residency Celebration so meaningful.

With over 600 attendees, this year’s event was a powerful celebration of our future educators as they take the next step toward making a difference in the classroom. Seeing so many students surrounded by the support of their families, mentors, and teachers made the day even more special.

During Teacher Appreciation Week, it’s especially meaningful to recognize the next generation stepping into this important work. We’re proud to support them every step of the way!

Celebrating growth and new beginnings at the Classroom Ready: Teacher Certification Showcase with HCDE-Center for Educator Success and CFISD campuses, including Cypress Woods High School, Cypress Ridge High School, Cypress Springs High School, Labay Middle School, Emery Elementary, M. Robinson Elementary, Walker Elementary School - CFISD, and Yeager Elementary!
