Managing your mental health can be hard, especially when balancing academic, personal, and professional responsibilities. 🧠📚 Learn how to practice mental wellness and find support during your academic journey at this workshop, presented by the Cypress College Health Center. 🌷
This workshop will focus on how to recognize negative self-talk, practice self-compassion and mindfulness, and manage stress. 🪷 Please join us to learn more!

The Laney Graduate School is a 10-weeksummer learning experience and scholars will participate in Professional Development and Research Ethics Sessions with the LGS-SOAR Leadership team. 🧪⚗️🧫
This is a remote program that is available for virtual and on-campus option.
