These Crunchy Apple Boats are a fun and healthy snack that kids will love assembling and eating! 🚤🍎 With fresh apples, crunchy puffed rice, and cheesy sails, this easy recipe is perfect for snack time or summer fun.
Ingredients:
- Apples (any variety)
- SunButter
- Puffed rice cereal
- Cheese slices (cut into triangles for sails)
- Toothpick
Directions:
1. Wash and core the apple, then slice into a wedge—this will be the base of your boat.
2. Cut cheese slice into small triangle to serve as a sail.
3. Spread a layer of SunButter on the flat side of the apple.
4. Sprinkle puffed rice cereal over the SunButter to create a crunchy, textured “deck.”
5. Gently insert a toothpick into the apple wedge and attach a cheese triangle to the top to complete your boat’s sail.

🎟️🧀 Last week our Pre-K friends took a field trip to Chuck E. Cheese and had an absolute blast! From games and laughter to making memories with friends, it was a day full of fun and excitement. 🎮✨
Field trips provide opportunities for children to build social skills, practice teamwork, and explore the world around them in a new environment. Our Pre-K kiddos loved every minute of this adventure, and the smiles say it all! 💙😊

Due to the uncertainty of the weather, we have decided to postpone our Tee with Dad event. The safety and comfort of our families is our top priority.

Set sail with this healthy and fun boat-shaped snack ⛵! Kids will love assembling their own edible boats while enjoying a nutritious treat.
Ingredients:
-Cucumber
-Bell pepper
-Carrot
-Ranch dressing
-Toothpick
-Life saver gummy
Instructions:
1. Slice the cucumber in half lengthwise to create the base of the boat, then use a spoon to scoop out the center.
2. Cut a second thin slice of cucumber lengthwise to use as the mast.
3. Cut the carrot in half lengthwise.
4. Slice the bell pepper into a triangle shape to create the sail.
5. Fill the hollowed cucumber boat with ranch dressing.
6. Fold the small cucumber slice and use a toothpick with the carrot piece to secure it upright as the mast.
7. Attach the bell pepper sail to the toothpick.
8. Place a gummy Life Saver at the front of the boat as the final touch.

They climbed aboard real construction equipment, explored how these powerful machines work, and learned about the big jobs they help accomplish every day. 💦☀️ Splash day = the best day! Our school-age crew had an absolute blast cooling off with a giant water slide and plenty of splash-tastic fun. From racing down the slide to laughing with friends, it was the perfect way to beat the Texas heat and make unforgettable summer memories! 🌊😎
